The space
Enjoy lake life on Clearwater Bay in every season, with private beach access at a true waterfront retreat. It is made for fishing trips off the large dock, family vacations, and getaways with friends.
The property spans over one acre with natural water streams, a private road, and its own beach. It is set up for kids and babies too, and it is pet friendly. You are less than a one minute drive from the Clearwater market and LCBO for anything you need. Between the main cabin and the beachside guest cabin, the property sleeps up to 14 in spring and summer, and 12 in the fall.
The main floor has an open concept living and dining space with a wood burning fireplace, a screened porch, a BBQ, and a fully equipped kitchen, along with three bedrooms and one bathroom. The lower level has its own living room, a second bathroom, a private sauna, and a bunk room. Down on the beach, a separate guest cabin adds two double beds, its own kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a deck, and a dock onto the lake with plenty of room for boats, swimming, and fishing.

Benjamin was a great host. Responsive, flexible and accommodating. Property was unbelievable, with the dock, water access, beach, seating, and fire pit. Fantastic for large groups, families, and friends looking for a getaway.
We enjoyed our stay very much. Great property for a group weekend. Host very easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had. Highly recommend. Our dog enjoyed the lake and dock area as well.
We had a wonderful stay. Our group really loved the beach and dock combo, and there was so much space for our family. The sauna is a great extra and the kitchen was super well equipped. A wonderful property and a great spot for kids. We will be back.
We took a group of 12 to the cabin. Fabulous location. The dock looks new, the kitchen is well equipped, and our bunch really enjoyed the living room and couch area. We had several activities planned and the large backyard worked out great.
